Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes
  • Defective or incorrect items

If your size is unavailable, you’ll be issued a store credit.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is approved.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos and your order number

We will cover all costs and resolve it immediately.


Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
