Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Australia

  • Free shipping on orders over $99 AUD

  • Standard: 2–5 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

International

  • Free shipping on orders over $190 AUD

  • Standard: 7–21business days

  • Express: 3–7 business days

Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

Nevermany is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

We ship all international orders with full tracking and customs-compliant documentation. Any applicable duties or taxes are handled by local authorities upon arrival to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with all tags attached

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes

  • Faulty or incorrect items

If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Faults & Issues

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear images.
We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

Orders

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.

Liability

Nevermany is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses
