If you receive products for promotional purposes:

You agree that:

  • products remain Nevermany property until explicitly transferred
  • content obligations (if agreed) must be fulfilled
  • products are for content creation only
  • resale or misuse is strictly prohibited

We may terminate collaborations at any time for breach, misuse, or failure to deliver agreed content.

9. AFFILIATE / REFERRAL PROGRAM (IF APPLICABLE)

  • no fraudulent or self-referral activity

  • commission is paid only on verified completed orders

10. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION
